HOW LONG DO YOUR GARMENTS TAKE
On average 5-6 weeks. We can make them quicker if need be and offer an express service. If you are a wedding client we recommend 10-12 weeks though.
WHERE ARE YOUR GARMENTS MADE?
We make our garments in Portugal. We favour a soft, flowing garment that is comfortable, stylish and easy to wear and have found most UK makes too stiff and rigid. The Portuguese make is much lighter and Italian in feel and this is critical to a softly tailored garment.
We may sometimes make in a different location or way if we feel this will give you a better garment. For us, quality and the end product are paramount. As always we will be open and honest if we feel another method may be better.

We are 2 minutes walk from both New St and Snow Hill train stations.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
We recommend B4 Parking at the back of Snow Hill train station. Sign up in advance for up to 50% off parking.
Alternatively there is on street parking 2 mins away on Waterloo Street and Bennetts Hill

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our cancellation policy is tiered depending on the amount of work undertaken.
Cancellation before cutting - 15% of order value
Cancellation after cutting - 50% of order value
Cancellation after first fitting - 100% of order value
However we will also do all we can to mitigate these fees.
CAN MY SUIT BE CORRECTED IF I CHANGE WEIGHT/SHAPE?
Yes, we leave extra fabric inside our garments to allow for fluctuations in weight
On average a suit jacket can be let out 2” in the waist, and trousers the same.

Of course. In fact its something we really enjoy doing. We are here to help and will guide your though it all and ensure you get the right garment for your needs.
WHAT WILL SUIT ME?
We will advise on what will work and what won’t. And give honest feedback on why. We are very transparent and want to ensure you leave here happy and with a quality garment. We will look at your posture, likes and dislikes and overall complexion and offer solid advise. However we wont be overbearing or take away the fun, its is your garment after-all and ultimately you are in charge. And it’ll all come with a friendly face and a cup of coffee!
