The Initial Consultation

1 -2 hours (approx)

We usually start with a coffee and a chat. We like really get under the skin of our clients and understand your particular needs. Some clients come armed with pictures and idea whilst others are blank canvases.

Once we have a feel for who you are and what you are looking to achieve we will help you choose the best fabrics to meet your requirements. We have a wider discussion on styles and cuts and work together to create a suit that is unique to you. It’s a 2-way process with both tailor and client working together. We are here to help and offer honest opinions and experience…this sets us apart from most.

Once the suit is designed we move on to measuring and figuration We are a little OTT and in-depth here. We pride ourselves on the best fit possible and are the best in Birmingham by a country mile. We will take measurements and notes and will have you try on a garment or two so you can see our ideas on fit and style.

The Fitting

5-6 weeks later and your new garment is ready to try. Here you get to try your bespoke piece for the first time. We assess the suit and its fit, and make any adjustments required.  Adjustments usually take a week.

If no adjustments are needed then you are good to go. Our fit is often that good!

We may sometimes repeat the above step if we feel it will provide a better garment.  We'll let you know if this is the case.
